The booking form is to provide contact info and details

regarding your requested portrait session with Mal.

It does not guarantee a session.

BOOKING DETAILS:
Session dates and times will be confirmed through email. If you fail to show up for a session, you will be allowed one backup date/time.

MISSED SESSIONS:
If both sessions are missed, you will have to resubmit a request and you will be at the end of the workflow. If you have an emergency situation come up, please let me know as soon as possible (preferably via email since that would be the most secure and reliable method).

PAYMENT:
Payment is due after in-world session is complete. Due to the amount of time and work it takes to complete a portrait, refunds will not be issued unless in the event of an extreme emergency.

TURNAROUND:
Turnaround for completed portraits will take anywhere between 1-7 days, roughly, but can take longer depending on existing workload.  Please, do not contact me regarding status of your final portrait.  It will be done in order of workflow and you will be contacted via email (and possibly in world in addition to email) once the portrait is complete.

 

AVAILABILITY:
I am available in world Monday through Friday at this time. Please request dates/times within these parameters otherwise your request will be denied. I always take vacation from December 20-January 20.
