We offer a select variety of parcels spanning between 1024, 2048, and 4096 m2 sizes. Parcels are available by application only. If you are interested in renting please follow this link and fill out the form. You will be contacted within 2-5 days with a response from an estate manager.

PARCEL TYPES & RATES:
There are 3 different kinds of parcel options: Long-term Self-Furnished, Long-Term Fully-Furnished and Short-Term Fully-Furnished.
Self-furnished parcels come with pre-terraformed areas ready for you to build. These parcels are ready to move into immediately and begin building. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance or if any terraforming needs to be adjusted.

Fully-furnished parcels are built to a theme that fits the surrounds of the parcel location (beachfront, cliffside, forest). Please be aware that if you would like a Fully-Furnished Parcel, there will be wait time, but the parcel will be reserved for you upon a down payment of the first month. You can still build your own skybox, but do understand the Land Impact allowance will be smaller.

Short-term fully-furnished parcels are meant for a temporary get-away vacation spot for lovers, friends, or just yourself! There are 3 different units available, all beachfront on 1024m2 parcels.
All short-term parcels are available for 1 week at a time for L$900/wk with 100 Land Impact allowance.
