Chambord Estates
Chambord Estates is a place with a little bit of everything: hangouts, cuddle spots, photo ops, beaches, forests, caves, and more.
Chambord initially began in 2021 as a collaborative labor of love by six friends made for everyone to enjoy. After a indefinite closure in 2023, Chambord has now re-opened. This is an adult region where respectful nudity is 100% acceptable, so clothing is optional.

If you happen to snap some great shots while you're here, please don't hesitate to add them to Primfeed with the #ChambordEstates tag! There are future plans to start an in-world gallery of residents' and visitors' works (with consent of course).
An abbreviated list of guidelines are below. While most of Chambord is public access, this is still a home as well to several residents and there is a zero-tolerance policy on consistent refusal to abide by the rules. For the full rules and guidelines please click here.
1. Absolutely no child/underage avatars. All avatars must appear as an adult and users must be adults.
2. No racism, homophobia, transphobia, bullying, griefing, harassment, or stalking. Basically, don't be a dick.
3. If you are allowed to rez objects on publicly accessible land, please clean up when you leave. Abuse of this privilege will result in revocation of it.
4. Respect all property lines/boundaries. While most of the private residences are closed to the public, sometimes they are accessible. Consent is always sexy.
5. Begging, soliciting, escorting, scamming, or financial domination of any kind is prohibited within the region. There are plenty of other sims where that is allowed or appropriate. This is not one of them.
